5. Finally the velvet is taken out of our dry room and placed in our vacuum chamber to complete the drying process.

1. Incoming frozen velvet is graded and sorted.

Our processing facility is strictly managed under a RMP schedule which complies with the NZFSA HACCP.   

3. The velvet is oven cooked to start the drying process.

7. After Vacuum drying, the velvet is cleaned and prepared for sale, export, or slicing.
